Faith & Fellowship

All groups meet monthly.

Check CALENDAR tab for meeting dates.

  • Discipleship and Faith Formation
We are resuming Wednesday Lenten devotion and adding worship using the Holden Evening Prayer. We will also have a soup lunch or bring your own brown bag. If you would like to see more faith-forming opportunities for study, devotion, and fellowship, please contact the Church Office or the Pastor.
  • Quilting Circle
The Quilting Circle meets once a month to assemble quilts for Lutheran World Relief.  The tops and backs of the quilts are made at home and brought to the monthly meeting at the church. Then, the middle layer of batting is added and secured in place with thread ties to make a warm and sturdy quilt. Twenty-nine quilts were completed in 2022. The Blessing of the Quilts and School Kits was on January 23rd, 2023, and it was a joy to see the colorful quilts displayed and to know they will be a blessing to those who receive them.  We appreciate the congregation’s support of the quilting ministry! Quilting Circle meets in the library on the second Tuesday of each month, from 9:30 to noon.  We welcome willing hands to help cut fabric and sew quilt tops at home, and those who assemble the quilts.
  • XYZ (“eXtra Years of Zest”) Senior Fellowship
XYZ (“Xtra Years of Zest”) Senior Fellowship began as a senior’s group, but we welcome all church attendees to our events. We gather monthly for a variety of fellowship activities, taking a hiatus during the summer months. Please check the CALENDAR tab for meeting dates, and contact the Church Office for the most up-to-date activities.
